Cursus Bellum, spawned in the vast black soil of Lundaslätten, Sweden is consisting of Jocke Unger – drums / vocals and Anders Nyander – guitars / bass. After decade long co-operation in constellations such as Sgt.Carnage, along with the mutual metal-vinyl & beer consumption of biblical proportions, the musical and creative direction of Cursus Bellum first took its perverted form in 2013. The first official unveiling of the duo came in form of the recording MCD/Cassette “Accusing The Dead“, released early 2016 on Downfall Records. Further inspired by the surounding muddy moraine and pale horizonless skies of the Scanian plains material for a new full length album was assembled. The recording seance was once again held in Studio Oggerlunden and the new full length album “Ex Nihilo Nihil Fit” are released as CD and in Digital format by Downfall Records in the fall of 2018.

Synthesizing our thoughts came MONSTRATH, powerful Riffs, Death Metal influenced by the 80’s. Bleeding out by the speed of J. Lugger’s guitar, shredded by the ravaging pickings of Bassist Morales Elmano, furiously pouring each word of each phrase, vocalist Loi Trejo, and Niko Teixeira’s hammering, form the band.

"METAL MIRROR were formed in the county of Middlesex in 1979 at the begining of the NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL movement. One year later they released one of the most legendary 7 inch singles of the entire period, namley - ROCK AN ROLL AINT NEVER GONNA LEAVE US with the b- side ENGLISH BOOZE. released on the MM label. In 1981 they had there track HARD LIFE included on the Legendary NWOBHM compelation album HEAVY METAL HEROES. One of the Bands recorded live shows from 1981 was released in 2006 on two vinyl LPs METAL MIRROR vol 1 and METAL MIRROR vol 11. In 2014 a collection of everything they had ever recorded in the studio 1979 - 82 (1982 being the year the Band broke up.) Was released as the award winning album METAL MIRROR vol 111. This album was released on CD and as a double vinyl. In 2016 - METAL MIRROR - The Dingwalls Tapes - Live In London - June 15th 1981. was Released on CD. In 2017 the band reunited, bringing in new drummer Mike ( Stav ) Stavoski and recorded a new studio album, VODKA HELL AND ANGELS. which was released on Digital format only on 7/7/2017. In 2018 VODKA HELL AND ANGELS was released on CD With a 8 page booklet with lyrics etc on DOWNFALL RECORDS. Now in 2019 the CD “Vodka...” is available in UK&Eire by Code7.
