Singing on each other’s songs, both bands went into the Devon studio together sharing a bedroom, cooking for each other and generally having a big sleepover. 2013 saw Great Cynics surpass any of their expectations and play Reading & Leeds on the Lock-Up Stage after releasing second LP ‘Like I Belong’. Meanwhile Muncie Girls played tours with The Menzingers and Broadcaster, with AlreadyHeard calling their ‘Sleepless’ EP “well-honed catchy energy.”
